Jeremy Nathaniel Fallbeck, was sentenced less than a month ago in connection with a federal child porn case— and now he has entered a guilty plea in another local case, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
He entered the guilty plea for rape by forcible compulsion, indecent sexual assault of a minor, and incest of a minor, according to a release by the York County DA on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
He has already been sentenced to over 23 years imprisonment— or 280 months to be exact— followed by a supervised release for 25 years in the other federal case on a charge of sexual exploitation of minors, on March 27, 2023, according to court records.
Fallbeck has previously faced unrelated charges in Texas in 2013 and was released on time served according to court documents.
He is not known to have family in Pennsylvania, his son was preschool age and his daughter was an infant at the time of his arrest, as Daily Voice previously reported.

A Sexual Offender Assessment will be completed prior to his sentencing on July 17, 2023, according to the DA.
